Your one-stop-shop for all things mental wellbeing.
Our founder, Rebecca, was working in mental health services when she became frustrated with the lack of high-quality, trauma-informed psychoeducation tools available through mental health services and online.
A year after launching in 2016, we received grant funding from the charity Jamma International.
In 2020, our free Coronavirus Anxiety Workbook went viral – it's been translated into six different languages and is recommended by the NHS.
Our Approach
We aim to bridge the gap for people who cannot afford or access long-term therapy.
Our resources are based on evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
We offer structured self-help tools that can guide you through processes similar to those used in therapy.
