    Absolutely! You can participate from anywhere. The program is designed to be accessible internationally. As mentioned above, the program is tailored to your time zone.
    3Can I re-enroll in the future?
    Sure! This tool is designed to be revisited. You’re welcome to re-enroll as many times as you’d like – just send us an email to arrange it.
    4Is the program suitable for professional use?
    This program is for personal use only. The license for professional use can be obtained here.
    5Is this program designed to replace therapy?

    Research shows that many self-help tools are often enough for people to overcome mild to moderate mental health difficulties without professional support.

    As an organisation, we aim to bridge the gap for people who cannot afford long-term therapy. We strive to provide resources that are deep enough to stimulate the same insights that can be gained in therapy.

    This program is also an excellent supplement to therapy, helping you reinforce your learning and accelerate your progress.

    We strongly encourage you to seek the support of a trained professional if your mental health issues persist after working through the program, or if at any point you feel too overwhelmed emotionally or physiologically.

    6Who are the authors of the program?
    This program has been co-created by a number of professionals and people with lived experience of mental health issues – we believe this approach is essential to creating high-quality self-help tools. Our co-creators include licensed clinical psychologists, counselors and trained coaches, as well as people with personal experience of poor mental wellbeing. We actively seek user feedback to consistently improve our tools.
    7Do I need to have The Mental Wellbeing Toolkit and/or The Mindfulness Journal to complete this program?
    No. But we recommend you do! We've designed this program to help you integrate the tools and techniques from the toolkit into your daily life.
    8Can I pause the program?
    Absolutely. If you need to take a break, don't worry – simply email us and let us know. We can pause the emails, and you can let us know when you're ready to continue.
    9Is your website secure? What are your payment methods?

    Although we’re a UK-based organisation, we price our products in US dollars (USD) because the majority of our customers are based in the United States.
